Qi Gong / Tai Chi

When: Fridays from September 29 to November 17

  • Qi Gong is from 11-11:30
  • Tai Chi is from 11:30-12:15

Gentle movements that can promote well-being, energy, strength and balance. New beginners are welcome as are those who are continuing in their practice. The Tai Chi portion of the class follows Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for arthritis program and is suitable for both standing and seated practice.
