Kenneth Russell is back! Along with Weeze Hayes and Meg Baldor, the instructors will lead another 10 week session of Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
The Tai-Chi portion of the class follows Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis program and is suitable for both standing and seated practice.
Beginners are welcome, as are those who are continuing in their practice.
Participants, please register for each class and each week separately.
