Wed., August 15th: How to kick the sugar habit and get your health back on track.

Wed., August 22nd: Balance your hormones naturally by exploring healthy foods, teas/elixirs, essential oils and mindful eating.

Wed. August 29th: Mindful moves – brief yoga, breath/body mind movement techniques and strength demos that will support you at any stage of your life. (Limited to 12 participants)
