Health & Balance through Qi Gong Flow: 10:15-10:45.

Tai Chi for Fall Prevention: Dr. Paul Lam (Level 1 & 2) 11—noon.

Class size limited to 15.  8 week commitment, with the first day being a demo day.  The class is especially suited for older adults and can be done seated or standing.
