The life and experiences of refugees and  asylum seekers in Central Vermont.

Ever wonder about the lives of refugees and asylum seekers in Vermont?

How do they experience this strange new world in which they are making their home? What surprises, perplexes or awakens gratitude?

Central Vermont Refugee Action Network (CVRAN) moderates a panel discussion of stories and insights from two of our newer neighbors, plus observations of a host family member who sees from the outside their worries and successes.

What action steps can we take to help them navigate challenges in education, housing, and healthcare?

A sampling of ethnic snacks will be available!
