Join River Buffum for a three-part meditation series Tuesday evenings in May.
Each week will cover a different aspect of the mind/body/spirit connection accessible through meditation.
Week 1: Befriending the mind & inviting calm through breathing practices and guided
Week 2: Inhabiting the body & tapping into its wisdom through a grounding meditation.
Week 3: Nurturing our spirit as we brighten our inner light through a guided oneness
Join all three or drop in when you can. Begins at 8pm. Come as you are.

River Buffum of Butterfly Moon Meditation has been practicing meditation for 25 years. She is passionate about sharing the many tools she has acquired over the years that have had such a resounding impact in her life. She is the author of the blog Seeds for the Soul and the book Morgan’s List, which can be found on her website www.joinyourbreath.com.
She resides in Waterbury, VT with her husband and two children, and enjoys outdoor activities where she can commune with the natural world.
