Moving Meditation is a practice designed to increase awareness of the body/mind/spirit connection and support growth by simple restorative movements.

Join Becky Widschwenter of Mindful Movement and River Buffum of Seeds of the Soul in a guided meditation, followed by gentle stretching to facilitate release & encourage space for flow. Tune into your body’s innate wisdom, energy and breath!
