Wear: Comfortable, layered clothing and indoor shoes.

What to bring: A long exercise band if you have one.

A low impact, resistance-band Mindful Movement practice focusing on functional core breath, postural alignment, strength, and balance. Whether you’re recovering from an injury and want to begin a strength routine, improve balance, or reduce stress and tension, this class does it all!

You’ll leave class feeling like you’ve worked out, but not wiped out.
