This version of Qi Gong requires no rehearsal or learning. You just pick it up as we go. Watch Kenneth, imitate it, repeat it gently while you relax into it and breathe.
Slow your mind down while energizing your body. Appropriate for all and can be done seated.
Goal: mental clarity, lower stress hormones, energize your body.
